A good anchorage across from Sunrise Marina in Stuart, Florida. Good holding, but the bottom is thick mud so a washdown spray is necessary when pulling up anchor. The anchorage can get wakey and busy on the weekends.
Pendarvis Cove Park has shore access, I recommend anchoring and tying stern to shrubbery on shore or stern anchor to ensure dinghy doesn’t swamp with swell and tide.
From the park, can walk or cycle to groceries, laundry, UPS Store. Water and garbage available at park.
